Microwaved Cake in a mug

Mom I am bored…. Mom what shall I do now? Mom entertain me…… Sounds familiar?

This is an ideal recipe if you want to keep your kids occupied  and make them feel proud of themselves! Try it and enjoy the adorable expression on your child’s face. It’s an easy recipe that any kid can try and relish.

Duration 10minutes

Ingredients

3 tbsp – All purpose flour

3 tbsp – Sugar

3 tbsp – Nutella

2 Tbsp – Milk

2 tbsp – Vegetable oil

1 – Egg

1 tbsp – Unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp – Baking powder

Moving on

-Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa Powder. 

-In the mug add in egg, milk, nutella and oil. Stir well.    

-Add sieved flour and sugar into the mug.        

-Beat well until smooth with fork.

-Microwave for 1 minute at 900W and check if it’s cooked at the center. If  not keep for another 10-20 seconds(depends on the microwave).         

-Dust some icing sugar on top.
